PetraSpark provides packaging design and manufacturing services for consumer brands. Our services include custom packaging design, production, quality control, and shipping logistics. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
Quotes provided through our website or by our team are estimates and are subject to change based on final specifications, materials, and quantities. A quote does not constitute a binding agreement until both parties have signed a purchase order or equivalent written agreement. All orders are subject to our minimum order quantities, which vary by packaging type and complexity.
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be outlined in your purchase agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the agreement. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All designs, mockups, and creative work produced by PetraSpark remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom designs transfers to the client as specified in the purchase agreement. You retain all rights to your brand assets, logos, and trademarks provided to us for production purposes.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, material availability, and shipping conditions. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as they are identified. Shipping terms are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified destination.
We send pre-production samples for approval before any full production run. Once samples are approved, the approved specifications become the quality standard for the order. Claims for defective products must be made within 14 days of delivery with supporting documentation. We are not liable for issues arising from client-approved samples or specifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetraSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of business. This includes pricing, designs, manufacturing processes, and business strategies. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
